OMG.. I went and did LCC downhill trail the other day w/ some friends.. WTF.. firstly, it's the first ride of the year.. I know, a bit late but better late than never, right.. :]  Anyway, we started at Snowbird and it was 96 degrees there.. As we went down, I started getting light headed and couldn't drink enough water. I honestly had to stop 3 times to cool off and I walked down a few of the stunts.. Total DH fail! I've never ridden in such heat I don't think.

Rumor has it that slc hit 108  that day.. ugh.. until the next ride: FAIL
